Phan Looking to Make a Name in UFC

Nam Phan has been a professional MMA fighter for 12 years, but he is still trying to make a name for himself in the UFC.

Earlier this week, “Nam Fran” was trending on Twitter. It seems Phan had somehow become involved in a feud with action-film star Steven Seagal, who has taken credit for teaching UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva and former UFC light-heavyweight champion Lyoto Machida some techniques that led them to some of their greatest triumphs.

Phan’s name managed to get involved in a discussion between MMAFighting.com’s Ariel Helwani and Seagal on “The MMA Hour” about fighters criticizing Seagal for exaggerating his involvement with Silva, Machida and other fighters.
