9. Kim Winslow Allows ‘Cyborg’ to Bludgeon Jan Finney

Kim Winslow never has been regarded as one of the elite referees in the sport and with her performance while officiating the bludgeoning Cristiane Justino put upon Jan Finney, it’s no wonder why. On the same night Fabricio Werdum shocked the entire MMA world by catching the great Fedor Emelianenko in a triangle on a Strikeforce card, Winslow might as well have been reading Archie comics while “Cyborg” tore into her foe.

Finney was grossly overmatched, but her toughness only allowed her to absorb an even worse beating. She made it into the second round, where Cyborg ripped into her with everything in her arsenal. At one point, Finney was getting pounded on so badly that she turtled up and threw a desperate overhand right, but the punch rainbowed through the air and landed on the canvas, literally three feet from Justino. Cyborg eventually landed a knee to Finney’s body and followed it up with a barrage of strikes before Winslow finally pulled her off.
