The Walkmen: All UFC 265 Walkout Tracks

The Ultimate Fighting Championship returned to Houston Saturday for UFC 265 and brought with it 13 bouts and 26 entrance tracks selected by each fighter as they made their journey to the Octagon.

Hometown headliner Derrick Lewis kept his flavor local as he went with the late Fat Pat’s “Tops Drop,” a Southern rap hit from the late 1990s. The track was released after the Dead End Alliance artist was gunned down in a southwest Houston neighborhood in February, 1998.

Another notable selection was Ed Herman’s glorious use of “Streets of Siam” by Paul Hertzog & Stan Bush, a song instantly identifiable as a key backdrop to Jean-Claude Van Damme’s iconic “Kickboxer” film from 1989. Also Brittney Spears made a rare UFC walkout appearance as Tecia Torres went with “Circus” for her cage walk.

Lastly, spiritual music was prevalent on the card as Anderson dos Santos, Miles Johns and Ode Osbourne all entered to Christian contemporary on the early preliminary section of Saturday’s lineup.
