The Walkmen: All UFC Fight Night 166 Walkout Tracks

The Ultimate Fighting Championship took over PNC Arena in Raleigh, North Carolina, on Saturday night for UFC Fight Night 166 with an intriguing heavyweight encounter between Curtis Blaydes and former champ Junior dos Santos. The fighters, per the norm, all walked out to various music and some of the combatants dug deep for slightly obscure tracks.

Blaydes walked out to his typical “Mortal Kombat Theme Song” in what was one of the most important bouts of his still-blossoming career. Dos Santos, meanwhile, didn’t stray far from his usual habit by using Bill Conti’s iconic “Gonna Fly Now” from the Academy Award-winning “Rocky” movie.

Other standout tracks of the night were “Going the Distance,” Conti’s dramatic musical score, also from Rocky (Rafael dos Anjos); Ted Nugent’s “Stranglehold” (Michael Chiesa); “Club Foot” by Kasabian (Arnold Allen); and the standout cut of the night was when Montel Jackson walked out to Whitney Houston’s “I Will Always Love You.”
