Cheap Seats: Jamie Varner

Jordan Breen and Greg Savage were back in the “Cheap Seats” Thursday on the Sherdog Radio Network and were joined by UFC lightweight Jamie Varner.

Fresh off of his UFC 155 win over Melvin Guillard, Varner discusses his dramatic 2012 turnaround and how he resurrected his career. The Arizona native weighs in on the influence of the MMA Lab and John Crouch in his improvement, his desire to rematch Joe Lauzon and how he has matured since his days as WEC lightweight champion. Varner also clears up whether or not he actually knows how to pronounce lightweight rival Donald Cerrone’s surname or if he always botches it on purpose.
